When asked about one of his many secrets to success, Terry divulged that having your menu just right is absolutely paramount if you want to keep your customers happy. “We have an easy and unpretentious menu that our loyal customers love and appreciate.” – Terry, owner of Enzo's on Pako.

What’s more – is the fact that all of the items on the restaurant’s menu are freshly made with many being homemade. Enzo’s well-structured and delicious menu, wealth of experience and a tribe of loyal customers are what make this Italian gem stand out from the crowd. 

It's no surprise that Terry and the team are continuously asked to cater for many functions, including Birthdays, Christenings, Break-up Parties and many more.

Terry modestly attributes much of this success to his devoted team. “All of the staff contribute their own strengths to help make the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. However, Lou our floor manager, in particular has brought a lot to the table since coming on board a few years ago.”

Having the right staff and team culture is absolutely vital in any business setting, but even more so when it comes to a busy restaurant. “A bad apple can poison the team we have working for us. Therefore, finding the right staff is a challenging task.” – says Terry. 

Well, they’ve certainly met the challenge head on because customers simply can’t get enough of Enzo’s!

“I have been getting pizza from here for a few years. Great flavours, pizzas are loaded with toppings. You pay a little more than the mass produced chains but well worth it for handmade dough and quality ingredients.” – Carl, Review left on Yelp.

Nevertheless, Terry, Lou and the team are constantly improving the look and functionality of the business – ensuring that a customer’s visit to Enzo’s is as easy and fun as possible.

They’re a pretty humble bunch and love giving back to their community. “We sponsor a couple of local sports clubs, one of them is ‘Supercats’ girls’ basketball team.” – says Terry. 

Enzo’s on Pako have been working together with Zwift for a little shy of four years now, and the restaurant has evidently seen the benefits from this partnership. “Having a website and working with Zwift has simplified the ordering process for both staff and customers by eliminating human error. Also allowing the staff to spend less time on the phones and more time with customers in the restaurant.” – say Terry and Lou.
